Cancellation Policy: Our goal is to provide quality care for all of our patients in a timely manner. We allot a significant amount of time for each patient and appointments are in high demand. We keep a waiting list of patients requesting to move up their appointments to earlier dates. Therefore, cancellation notices for new appointments must be received by our office at least 10 business days in advance.
Initial appointments require payment in full at the time of scheduling. Andrs Wellness requires a credit card on file at all times to cover any cancellation fee. A patient's card will ONLY be used for this reason unless the patient gives us permission to charge their card for subsequent appointments or for merchandise. If a patient cancels their appointment without providing at least 10 business days notice, their card will be charged the full price of their appointment.
Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled, please read the details below:
For a new patient's initial visit only: If the patient cancels 10 or more business days in advance of their appointment of which is already paid in full, they will be reimbursed their payment minus 10% of the total, which is our office processing fee.
If a new or established patient reschedules their appointment at least 10 business days in advance of their original appointment, there will be no fee.
If a new or established patient cancels less than 10 business days before their appointment, they will be charged in full.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
