Kristin Andrs
Nurse Practitioner & Owner
Kristin has been practicing nursing for over 20 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner since graduating Virginia Commonwealth University’s Master’s program in 2000. She is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in surgery, emergency medicine, cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal and endocrine diseases.

Samantha Jones
Office Assistant
Samantha grew up in Chesapeake but moved to Dinwiddie in 2021. She is a mom to three adult sons and a Gigi to two beautiful granddaughters. She is very active in her church and loves spending time with her family and friends making memories.
Chandler Woodfin
Registered Nurse
Chandler attended Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and graduated with a BSN degree. She began her career in the Emergency Department then transitioned to Labor and Delivery, which has become her passion and where she continues to work full-time. She has joined Andrs Wellness as a per diem RN. In her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with family.
Ivy Farrar
Medical Assistant
Ivy spent 9 years at Andrs Wellness, beginning as an office assistant, then working as a phlebotomist, and ultimately serving as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). After a 2-year hiatus to welcome her baby girl, Ivy returned to Andrs Wellness part-time. Prior to her medical career, she worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and barista. Outside of work, Ivy enjoys being a mama, snuggling with her cat, discovering new recipes, watching movies, reading, and spending quality time with family.
Leah Mayton
Registered Nurse
Leah graduated with a bachelor's in nursing at Capella University and has worked on a med/Surgical/pediatric floor for the past three years in Oklahoma. She is currently working on her master's degree and plans on spending free time with family now that she has moved back to her home state of Virginia. She enjoys baking and playing with her daughter and two fur babies.
Lilly Miller
Certified Nurse Aide
Lilly is a licensed CNA from Dinwiddie and working to further her medical career while sharing God's love! You can also find her playing pickleball, singing in the church choir, and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.
Mallie Browder
Registered Nurse
Mallie graduated from Southside College of Health Science with an associate degree in Nursing. She has a background as an RN specializing in Nicu/Nursery/ Postpartum. Prior to becoming a RN, she worked as a Lab Tech at CJW for many years. She has a love for fashion & styling, you may see her around town managing Becky Boo-tique. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her husband, & family. Her hobbies include riding horses, traveling, and snowboarding!
