Kristin Andrs
Nurse Practitioner & Owner
Kristin has been practicing nursing for over 20 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner since graduating Virginia Commonwealth University’s Master’s program in 2000. She is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in surgery, emergency medicine, cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal and endocrine diseases.

Kelly Schrinel
Registered Nurse & Office Manager
Kelly graduated from Southside Regional School of Nursing. She worked on a medical-surgical floor for ~7 years and cared for a wide variety of patients. Most recently her specialty has been caring for post operative joint and spine patients. Kelly is a huge animal lover, and spends a lot of time with her fur kids, but also loves spending time with family - especially on vacation at Smith Mountain Lake.

Shirley Chen
Registered Nurse
Shirley graduated from Singapore Nanyang University in 1998 with her BSN. Most of her career has been in Women’s Health. Currently, in addition to working PRN For Andrs Wellness, she is working in L&D for Bon Secours Richmond hospitals. Golfing and spending time with family and friends are her favorite things.
Jenny Willett
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Jenny previously worked in administration and childcare, and enjoys road trips, being active, and serving others. She is also a coffee enthusiast and appreciates spending quality time with her family, pets, and youth ministry.
Chandler Woodfin
Registered Nurse
Chandler attended Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and graduated with a BSN degree. She began her career in the Emergency Department then transitioned to Labor and Delivery, which has become her passion and where she continues to work full-time. She has joined Andrs Wellness as a per diem RN. In her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with family.

Lana grew up as a homeschooler in Chesterfield, Va and is currently enrolled in Liberty University Online Academy. She loves being a part of her youth group and serving at her church. Lana loves cooking, spending time with loved ones, watching movies and learning about skincare.
Leah Woodfin
Registered Nurse
Leah graduated with a bachelor's in nursing at Capella University and has worked on a med/Surgical/pediatric floor for the past three years in Oklahoma. She is currently working on her master's degree and plans on spending free time with family now that she has moved back to her home state of Virginia. She enjoys baking and playing with her daughter and two fur babies.

Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant
Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years as an administrative assistant.
Monica Niaz
Graphic Designer and Webmaster
Monica graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Graphic Design and a concentration in brand identity. When she’s not working as our occasional freelancer, she enjoys woodworking and photography.
